Some of you may have already seen the My Teeny-Tiny Doll® that was inspired by my wait at the doctor’s office the other day – post found here. As I flicked the pages of the same Madison Magazine, I was engaged by the colour blocking of this Hermes dress.

So late last night, I started making a My Teeny-Tiny Doll® (MTTD) inspired by this colour blocking. Now I’m the first to admit I am hopeless when it comes to colour combos. I’m normally your straight forward primary colours kind of girl and sometimes still stuck in the “old” school of thinking when it comes to colours … like “blue and green should never be seen”
But I’m getting better with colour and pattern combos both in my teeny-tiny creations as well as my own fashion sense. Anyhoo … there was a particular MTTD that I wanted to try this new project on and that is MTTD Selina. Here she is last year in one of her fashion shoots.
And here she is in a Hermes inspired babydoll dress.
She needed something extra, so I made her a cute round rimmed purple eyeglasses.
But still, I needed another accessory for her and who better than cute teeny-tiny Sandy the Jack Russell pup
These 2 are becoming firm friends, so I will make them available as a set, but will leave it until after the Easter break – going to enjoy them a wee bit longer myself 😉
Very cool! I love the colour (and of course her faithful friend) 🙂 Enjoy!
I love her!……….and the fashions!
